They are an heirloom variety of “Fish Peppers”. I bet you guessed that these little beauties are best known as a delicious flavoring for fish. But once you try them, you’ll find yourself using them to add a spicy kick to all kinds of dishes, not just fish. Be cautioned, a little bit goes a long way!
They are fresh right now but be sure to get extra for later. They can be strung up and dried for future use. We’ve even used them as Christmas or party decorations.
