Kofta
*Yields: Dinner for 3-4
1.Mix 1lb ground beef, half cup of parsley, and a medium onion, and a good amount of salt and pepper (more than you’d think).
2.Grill in any shape. Tradition in the Middle East is to skewer it in an elongated shape.
3.Serve plain, in a pita with tomatoes and yogurt. Doesn’t matter, it’ll be amazing.
